St James celebrates this dynamic energy with three uniquely confident and contemporary spaces. Generous design, high ceilings, and easy-flowing living areas combine with sophisticated finishes to create exceptional and bespoke residences that redefine the benchmark for sophisticated city living.
Charming and modern
The celebration of three uniquely confident and contemporary spaces is the foundation of the St James identity and collateral. The print design intentionally draws out and tells the story of size, design, livability and individuality while details of the interior spaces are showcased and reflected through the print finish – texture, embossing and colour.
Spanning the page
The custom St James wordmark reflects the building’s modern aesthetic. The bold san serif font paired with the extra wide tracking of the letters gives the logo a clean, high-end, sophisticated feel. The simple forms make the word mark eye-catching and memorable while the logo has been placed to intentionally bleed off the edges of layouts throughout the brand collateral. This full-width use of space references the immense size of each apartment and the fact that each apartment takes up the entirety of each floor of the building.
